pancakes



i'm full of sad stories.
they build up on my skin like scar tissue
and cling to my lungs like disease.

so how was i to know
that you would not
be one of them?

who proclaim salvation,
who say to Zion

    Actually if I remember it correctly I was going to post a post titled pancakes and then you caught me and then you couldn't bear to delete the post and so you saved it as a draft and I made you promise to post it sometime.
